Welcome to Le Char Bar! By accessing or using our website (www.lechar.bar) and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Le Char Bar provides full-service charcuterie cart rentals for private events. Each event includes setup, service, curated food selections, and breakdown unless otherwise noted.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit may be required to reserve your event date.

  • Final payment is due by the date agreed upon during booking confirmation.

  • All pricing is customized based on guest count, menu selection, and add-ons.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior are non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate event details at the time of booking.

  • For private home events, clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate access, setup space, and guest safety.

  • Le Char Bar is not responsible for any damage to venue surfaces or structures outside of our service control.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • While we do our best to accommodate dietary preferences and allergy requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

  • Clients must inform us of any serious food allergies at the time of booking.

6. Photography & Social Media

By booking with Le Char Bar, you agree that we may use photos of your event setup for marketing and social media purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Le Char Bar is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from event services, food consumption, or third-party vendors used at the event.
